Inspire Youth Journal

Hello everyone,

Welcome to Inspire Youth Journal, a global platform for youth journalism that connects young people worldwide who are passionate about current global issues and fostering peace.

Our multicultural team includes more than 250 writers from over 40 countries. We celebrate diverse perspectives, with many of our writers being undergraduates or incoming students at leading universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Duke, Wharton, Columbia, Brown, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, UChicago, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCL, Imperial College London, LSE, Sorbonne, Sciences Po, HKU, NUS, and more.

Our community also includes nearly 160 recipients of prestigious awards such as the John Locke Institute Global Essay Prize, Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition, YoungArts, Scholastic Art & Writing, Harvard Political Review Essay Competition, Harvard Crimson Global Essay Competition, International Philosophy Olympiad, Cambridge Re:Thing Essay Competition, Diana Award, Earth Prize, RISE Global, DECA, and more.

The John Locke Institute, which organizes one of the world’s most prestigious essay competitions, describes the publication of their alumni’s articles in Inspire Youth Journal as a “success” and a “fantastic achievement.”

The Harvard Crimson Global Essay Competition congratulates its Regional Winners on receiving our Honorary Ambassador title.

Inspire Youth Journal was invited by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Malaysia to participate as a guest speaker and was among the topics discussed at the ASEAN Youth Volunteer Forum 2025 in Kuala Lumpur. The Forum was attended by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Malaysia, Malaysian officials, and delegates from across ASEAN.

Our Edition of the Year 2025 is proudly printed and displayed in the Sixth Form Center at King’s College International School Bangkok. This edition also received encouraging testimonials from a philosopher and a Nobel Peace Prize nominee among others and an article review from a Nobel Peace Prize nominee.

Two of our writers served as judges for the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition in 2025 and 2026, with one receiving a Valued Judge Award in 2025. Another writer also received congratulations from a U.S. Senator.

We are honored to collaborate with esteemed individuals and organizations, including Nobel Peace Prize nominees, philosophers, authors, TRIIBE, Diversity Atlas, and The PALM. Their reputation and influence have broadened Inspire Youth Journal’s reach to a broader youth audience worldwide.

At Inspire Youth Journal, we are committed to empowering young voices through informed discourse on international affairs. Our monthly themes are designed to promote exploration and dialogue on critical topics affecting today’s youth.
