Hello everyone, 

We’re truly excited to share that Ayush Ranjan, one of our talented Newspaper Writers, has received a congratulatory letter from the Fisrt Lady and President of the United States in recognition of his work with TAYU. 

Ayush, along with Dev Rai (another of our Newspaper Writers) and his teammate Austin Chen, has been working hard to develop TAYU, a financial literacy app designed to help grade-school students learn how to save, invest, and manage their taxes. 

Ayush and his team were also featured on FOX 5 DC and showcased across multiple news outlets. 

Ayush is a senior at Oakton High School in Virginia, USA and has been part of our team since November 2025.

He was shortlisted for the Economics category in the John Locke Institute 2026 Global Essay Prize and is one of the 12 talented Newspaper Writers worldwide whose work was selected to be featured in our Edition of the Year 2025.

Recently, his research paper was selected as one of the two best papers in the newly released Summer 2026 Edition of the IYJ Social Science Research Journal.
