Arseniy (Senya) Borisov is a sophomore at Palisades Charter High School in California. Senya immigrated to the United States from Russia in 2016 and, after the invasion of Ukraine, began writing a newsletter focused on outlining a democratic future for the Russian Federation. In 2024, his article on the state of Roscosmos – Russia’s space agency – was published in Novaya Gazeta, a noble-prize-winning publication of the Russian opposition.
