INSPIRE YOUTH JOURNAL–a Global Platform for Youth Journalism–is a student-led monthly newspaper in Vietnam founded and developed by Vietnam Public Forum Academy and Inspire Youth Debate for youth in Vietnam and all over the world who wish to stay informed about the latest news and learn about current global issues.
Our newspaper is international, with 50+ writers from 30+ countries such as the United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Taiwan, Nigeria, Hong Kong, Qatar, Brazil, South Korea, Kenya, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Spain, France, Japan, Canada, Peru, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Cambodia, Indonesia, Tanzania, Poland, Ghana, Uganda, etc, many of whom have been shortlisted and awarded higher prizes for one of the most prestigious essay competitions, the John Locke Institute’s 2024 and 2023 Global Essay Prize, and other distinguished essay competitions.
We aim to help young people become equipped with necessary knowledge and learn more about the world with a variety of relevant topics each month.
On this occasion, IYJ would like to introduce Aanya Bhalla/ Junior, The Somaiya School, Mumbai, India as our newest writer:
“Aanya Bhalla is an ambitious student based in Mumbai, India, with a keen focus on finance, business strategy, marketing, and sales. She has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and innovative thinking across her academic and extracurricular activities.
Aanya has successfully launched and managed two businesses, generating over Rs. 65K+ in revenue. She is currently advancing her entrepreneurial journey with a new startup.
Her experience includes being a participant in the Global Investment Competition organized by the University of Pennsylvania and achieving finalist status in the Inter School Shark Tank competition.
In addition to her entrepreneurial and competitive accomplishments, Aanya serves as an Executive Advisory Board member for an organization dedicated to sustainability.
She also brings valuable experience in outreach marketing and sales from her work with UNESCO-listed companies.”
