INTRODUCING OUR NEWSPAPER WRITER (Nitya Lohiya/ 9th grader, Presidium School, INDIA) OF INSPIRE YOUTH JOURNAL

Inspire Youth Journal—a Global Platform for Youth Journalism—is the student-led monthly newspaper founded and developed by Inspire Youth Debate and Vietnam Public Forum Academy for youth in Vietnam and all over the world who wish to stay informed about the latest news and learn about current global issues. It helps young people become equipped with the necessary knowledge that would be helpful when debating.

After expanding to India, IYJ has successfully spread to many other countries such as United Kingdom, United States, Turkey, Nigeria, Ghana, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Qatar, Kenya, Pakistan, Brazil, Spain, Japan, France, Canada, Zimbabwe, etc with the participation of more than 40 high school and college students from various countries, all who have won prizes in one of the most prestigious essay writing competitions in the world.

On this occasion, IYJ would like to introduce Nitya Lohiya/ 9th grader, Presidium School, India as our newest writer:

As a Youth Representative at the United Nations and the visionary CEO of the Next Leaders Youth Committee (NLYC), Nitya is redefining youth engagement on an international scale. Her leadership as Team Lead for the Together4SDGs Coalition within the United Nations Civil Society has transformed it into a dynamic force for youth-led initiatives, ensuring young voices play a crucial role in shaping global policies.

Nitya’s impact extends through high-level consultations with esteemed organizations like UN Women, UNICEF, the World Bank, UNESCO, ECOSOC, MGCY, and SoTF. Her strategic expertise in crafting intergovernmental policies has solidified her standing in international governance.

As one of the youngest hosts at the UN Civil Society Conference and a Global Youth Ambassador at RoundTable Global, Nitya captivates global audiences with her exceptional presence. Her roles as Director of Partnerships and Collaborations at NGGC and Student Ambassador at the International Youth Committee for UN Conferences showcase her ability to forge impactful partnerships and lead transformative initiatives.

With her work spanning over 70 countries, Nitya has emerged as a pioneering force in global youth advocacy. Her accolades, including the 2024 Global Recognition Award, underscore her extraordinary achievements and significant impact. Nitya Lohiya is not merely participating in global governance—she is brilliantly redefining it.”
