
Rune Kier Nielsen is a Danish Social Anthropologist with experience from fieldwork in Brazil. He is an award-winning government speechwriter in sustainability and author of the book ‘Speaking on Climate’ (2025, Zest). He has worked with climate communication at city administrations, government ministries, corporate utilities, and the UN Environment Programme. On the side, he has taught at schools and universities, presented at conferences, and coached TEDx Talks. He is an adamant advocate for the voice of young people in shaping the future of our planet – and this us.
