“Greetings! My name is Ngan and I’m a rising 8th grader from Đang Lam Secondary School in Hai Phong city, Vietnam. In terms of my hobbies, I particularly love astrology. Why? Because I could spend endless hours researching celebrities’ zodiac signs. Odd as it may seem, I think this is a hobby which brings many benefits, the most useful upside of astrology is that you can relate to somebody’s personality traits. Thus, you can find who is compatible with whom. Additionally, I also adore playing with animals. I have a dog called Bap Cai and I spent most of my weekend hanging out with him. I find it very relaxing to cuddle my dog after a hard day of studying. As for my academics, I’m currently skipping a grade in all of my extra English classes which means I’m learning with the 9th graders. It’s surprisingly not overwhelming to study with them as I can ask them for advice when I face challenges.  In my opinion, writing an article is actually “astonishing” since you can express your thoughts in a specific order. I usually write about my personal stories rather than social issues because I want to share my experience with my friends, along with the world. When finding out that my paper was accepted, I was jumping for joy. So engaging in the world of many talented and aspiring writers doesn’t only help me realize that I need to push myself but also enables me to consult from other beautiful articles,” said Ngan.
