Emi Sasajima is a scholar, public speaker, and innovator passionate about using technology and writing to advance equity and advocate for meaningful change. Having skipped grades, she will graduate at just 16 years old as the youngest International Baccalaureate Diploma candidate in her school’s history (Class of ’26). Drawing on her experience as a music teacher and academic tutor, Emi develops applications that support learning in music theory, coding, math, and financial literacy, with a focus on accessibility for students with learning differences and disabilities. Nationally recognized for her leadership and communication, she was invited to speak at the Future Business Leaders of America National Leadership Conference, where she led her own workshop on personal branding and success in high school and beyond. At high levels, Emi thrives as a student, athlete, musician, and artist, blending creativity, technology, and advocacy to inspire others and drive meaningful change.
