Callum Morrissey

Newspaper Writer

“Hello! I’m Callum Morrissey, a 15-year-old student from North Wales with aspirations to study PPE at university. I believe it’s crucial for young people to have a voice on the global stage, and journalism offers a powerful platform for those voices to be heard. As the first Student Ambassador for the National Centre of Religion Education in Wales, I’m passionate about advocating for the new Religion, Values and Ethics curriculum in Wales, so that young people can be taught about how politics, religion, and the media shape our own perspectives on moral philosophy. I’m excited about the Inspire Youth Journal, which I see as an incredible opportunity for young people to explore diverse and interesting viewpoints; in order to develop a more well-rounded opinion of the world,” said Callum Morrissey.
