“Hi! I’m Alex Lau, a Year 13 student studying Spanish, History, and Politics at Bromsgrove School. Rights, justice, and reform are common themes in the subjects that I study, and hence spurred from this my passion for educational reform. I believe, that in order to foster development, it isn’t merely within the confines of rigid and systematic instruction within tests and exams, rather much more than that through many other mediums and experiences. Hence, I’m aspiring to become a lawyer with some hopes of a teaching career down the line,” said Alex Lau.

– John Locke Essay Competition – Very High Commendation in Law
– Currently researching for essay submission in the History of Totalitarianism Essay Competition
– 1 of 3 Level 3 Certified First Aiders in my year
– Currently in talks to refound History Society at school
– Currently in talks to establish Language Clinic at school
