
Desh Subba
Desh Subba was born in 1965 in Dharan, Eastern Nepal, and resides with his family in Hong Kong. He is renowned for his contributions to organic theories, particularly through his works:

In 1999, he initiated fearism as a literary movement, beginning with fiction. In 2015, he received numerous awards, including the International Nepali Literature Society’s Dr. Shyam Karki/Indira Karki Diaspora Best Analytical Book of the Year Award for Bhayabad (Philosophy of Fearism), the National Indie Excellence Awards (winner), the International Book Awards (finalist), the New York Book Festival Award (honorable mention), and the Southern California Book Festival Awards (honorable mention).
Subba has lectured at various prestigious universities, including Hong Kong University, Moscow University, Paris University, Dhaka University, and several institutions in India, including JNU. He is the founder and leading figure of the Fearism school, which encompasses multiple faculties.
