Ngoc (Jess), Truong Bao
“Writing is no different from any form of art. Even if it is not picking up a brush, using your voice, or dancing with your body, writing is something that has just as much influence with its seemingly solemn words. A single statement could cause both agreements and disagreements, and a single point of view could bring up both satisfaction and criticisms. There is no wonder they say, “The pen is mightier than the sword”.
Hello, my name is Truong Bao Ngoc (Jess). I am currently studying as a 7th grader in Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted. I find myself as a narrative person in my life, and I am much committed to writing stories and poems in both Vietnamese and English.
As much as I like to think and invent creative things, I love debating and asking intriguing questions as well. I have a personal “thing” of questioning the most minor changes in my surroundings, to come up with the most mind-blowing answers. For an answer seeking person, I think getting new perspectives from journalism can provide me certain insights I normally wouldn’t have. I look forward to my journey with more inspiring articles in the future,” said Ngoc.
