RELEASING INSPIRE YOUTH JOURNAL’S JUNE ISSUE!

Debaters, welcome back to the fifth edition of Inspire Youth Journal! Get ready to read into our newest articles written by Emma Lin, Morgan Dinh, Phuong Quach and Helen Anderson which encompasses four interesting and thought-provoking topics that could potentially shape the future of our world.

For this month, our journal aims to explore (1) prison education, its purpose and role (e.g, minimising recidivism rates), (2) the use of AI in healthcare, (3) the affirmative and negative for the UN Resolution: Latin American countries should prioritise intraregional trade over international trade, and (4) the rising concern towards Generation Alpha and their aversion to reading (i.e, iPad children).

It is unequivocally clear that all of the aforementioned themes and important topics for discussion, especially in our current status quo. From educational rehabilitation to future generations cradled in the digital world: all of these are salient exemplars of subject matters that are crucial to discuss and debate on. Therefore, this month’s Inspire Youth Journal aims to shed light on these issues not just to prepare debaters to make their own informed opinions, but also to spark more discourse on these pressing topics.
